Camp Arnes

Camp Arnes is a year round Childrens Camp, Outdoor Education, and Retreat Center located 1 hour north of Winnipeg on the shore of Lake Winnipeg. We are host to 1500 children in the summer and 14,000 guests between September and June.

We are currently looking to hire Spring and Summer staff in our Activities, Cabin leading, Kitchen, Maintenance areas, with a focus on the following two positions. These will slot between our summer Director and our summer leadership team, making them essentially “assistant summer camp directors.”

These new senior leaders will be led and mentored directly by our Director of Summer Ministries and, in turn, will gain experience mentoring camp’s junior leadership and regular summer staff.  This represents an amazing opportunity for those interested in camp, ministry and leadership to hone their skills.  Given Camp Arnes’ long history of ministry and leadership development, it is also a great asset for the leaders’ resume.
