OUR MINISTRY

Having started in 2012 as a ministry of The Meeting Place, we have moved our events into Grant Memorial Church. That said, we are dedicated to providing a place of worship for Christians from all denominations.

As seen above, we have grown to connect 100+ churches, regularly represented by 500-800 young adults from all corners of Winnipeg and across Manitoba.

USE OF FINANCES

There is no entrance fee for people joining our events. We also operate on a cost-recovery basis, so any money received through offering and donation goes directly to ministry expenses. Please do not substitute our ministry in place of your regular tithing for your home church. All members of Bread We Break serve as volunteers and are not employed by the ministry.

COMMUNITY CULTURE

People of all ages are welcome to join us, however our events are geared towards the young adult community, loosely defined as people ages 18-30. You can expect a vibrant atmosphere and warm Manitoba welcome, people excited to connect deeply and get involved. Read our stories!

EVENTS

Our team plans events on a bimonthly basis, with the exception of a summer break. There are no seat reservations, however those who wish not to be photographed can find seating on the balcony where there is no photography. Check out when the next event is, and CLICK HERE to watch a promo video.
